RULES

FORMAT FOR THIS YEAR:

The tournament is an 18 hole team play tournament. Each foursome will play as a traditional scramble. Each player tee's off and the foursome's next shot is from the location of the preferred ball and this is repeated until the hole is finished. -10 is still the record to beat from 2001, no need to mention who holds that lofty mark but we expect that to be broken this year with the 18 hole scramble format.

PUTTING CONTEST
One of the great traditions at the Tradition is always the putting contest. A three hole course is setup on the practice green and the lowest cumulative score wins. Like last year you will be able to enter as many times as possible after the first time for another . Putting contest will be held this year when you pass the club house the first time unlike previous years when the putting contest was held prior to the round.

SHOOT OUT FROM 100 YARDS
After many years of watching the qualifiers miss the green from 100 yards out we have decided to retire the shoot out contest.

LONG PUTT CONTEST
The player who makes the longest putt will win a Bell Mobility Cellular Phone including air time. Of course if you are in the running in this contest that means you were not that close on your approach shot!

LONG DRIVE HOLE
The big hitter here will win a great prize - guaranteed to not be a driver, doesn't it drive you crazy when you are at a golf tournament and the long drive winner wins a new driver and the best putter wins a new putter - like they need them. Not always but generally these tournaments are organized by women.

BIRDIE BETTING HOLE
If you're feeling confident, you could walk away with a few more bucks in your pocket. The birdie shootout contest at a par 3 will have 3 pins on the green. Make a wager, make a birdie, win 4 times what you bet!!!!!

CLOSEST TO THE KEG
The person who's drive lands closest to the keg will win a great prize. We'll find out who is more focused on beer or accurate driving.

SHRIMP & CAESAR / MARTINI  HOLE
When you get to this hole you will have the chance to sample some great shrimp donated by Jeff Weersink and his Valu-Mart store and enjoy a nice Caesar or Martini too.

CASABLANCA CIGAR HOLE
Sarah and the Cigars are back. Enjoy the free cigar and the mouse tattoo!

APPLETON RUM PUTTING HOLE
You'll have the chance to exhibit your putting skills on this hole and receive a sample of Appleton Rum's finest which no one will enjoy more than Beeker!!

SHOOTER HOLE
